THE WELLNESS AT MIRAVAL:

BETWEEN ALPINE SPA & SPAZIO ESTETICA


A sensory path characterized by wood and stone, and the skyline of our mountains, led you to Alpine SPA: our wellness island. It will allow you to completely relax your mind in a peaceful place. Fir-tree wood and local rock are all around, giving the impression to find yourself surrounded by the nature.

  • The Alpine SPA is open from 10 am to 8 pm.

  • To kids under 11 years, access to the Alpine SPA and swimming pool is allowed until 4.30 pm, only with an adult.

  • As of 2018, our swimming pool waters are no longer treated with chemical chlorine.

SILENCE ROOM

Then at the end of the day, you will enjoy an infusion to relax, lying on the soft couches of the Silence Room, enveloped by the heat of the fireplace!

OPEN AIR SOLARIUM

In the summer season you can relax yourself lying in the sun in the open-air solarium: enjoy the unique view of the Brenta Dolomites and of the Monte Peller just in front of you!

The access to the Alpine SPA is available also to external guests, those who don’t stay at Miraval Hotel.

Everyday from 10 am to 3 pm. For kids and the whole family. 
Access to: indoor swimming pool, indoor whirlpool, open air ‘Seventh Heaven’ Whirlpool, gym, cobblestone kneipp path, emotional showers and panoramic bio-sauna.
 
TOTAL RELAX ENTRANCE
Everyday from 3 pm until 8 pm. Dedicated to the adults (at least 13 years old) to relax themselves.
Access to: indoor swimming pool, indoor whirlpool, open air ‘Seventh Heaven’ Whirlpool, gym, cobblestone kneipp path, emotional showers, panoramic bio-sauna, Turkish bath and Finnish sauna.
